I make dinner pretty much every night of the week, some days we order pizza but we never have breakfast for dinner. This week we had a night of breakfast for dinner.
This time we had whole wheat pita pockets with peanut butter and sliced strawberries inside, scrambled eggs, mango and watermelon with a green juice. Since the juice it's quite thick, I thin it a little bit with some cranberry juice.
And why breakfast for dinner was one of our things to do this summer? Well, because we never have breakfast for dinner and the kids think that it exiting :)
